The 'news' section is now live and almost regularly updated. Pretty damn exciting! Also, the rest of the site has been upgraded and you can comment and such. Oh yes.
There's a million and one websites about games online, all but a couple of them giving you the facts, sod all of them actually care about the experiences we have in games, as gamers.
Every day, another one is born. Why? Why launch into an already saturated market? This one is different. I don't care how many points out of ten a game gets for graphics. I care about how much you enjoyed playing the game. Whether you want to ever play that game again. Is the review, above all, interesting to read? Does anyone really want to sit through four pages of boring writing to justify why GameX got 6.7/10? I don't.
I don't even care about the accuracy of my news articles. <Cough>
I'm trying to make this site fun to read, above anything else. The fact that it's not paid for by EAs marketing team means I can remain unbiased too. Bonus. And if all else fails, I can always create inthegame.co.uk: Vietnam Edition! That seems fairly popular. Get on that bandwagon, yeah!
If you want to review a game, if you have anything you want to say about games, anything at all, and can write without making an Ecstacy user sleepy, e-mail me a pitch at the below address. I promise you your name in lights! (*size one font)
